Security guard licenses and any licenses related to the state of New York require careful attention to the instructions provided by the requesting company, usually the security guard firm that directed you to get fingerprinted.
If you have the option to choose your fingerprinting service, we are ready to process your fingerprint cards on form FD-258 and provide your fingerprints promptly at the end of your session.
However, if you are directed to schedule your appointment with a specific fingerprinting company, you must visit that designated vendor as instructed. Should you decide to come to our office instead, we will still complete your fingerprints, but be aware that they might be rejected—not because of the print quality, but because you did not follow the directive to use their contracted vendor.
